The AirTAC GR60020C2 AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator PT3/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR60020C2 is an air pressure regulator in the GR600 size, fitted with PT3/4 (3/4 inch) ports. It reduces and holds a stable downstream pressure anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). A round external pressure gauge with a psi scale is fitted so the set pressure can be read directly, and a mounting bracket is supplied; GR regulators can also be panel-mounted. As a pure regulator, the GR60020C2 does one job only: pressure regulation, with no filter, no bowl and no drain.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line covers sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, PT thread as standard and G (BSPP) or NPT as order options, plus a low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold the branch-line pressure feeding a pneumatic press cell in a stamping shop, so the press cylinder sees a steady supply regardless of main-header swings.
Regulate the air supply to hydraulic-pneumatic clamping fixtures on a CNC machining line, keeping workholding pressure at the set point throughout the cycle.
Control the supply pressure to carton-sealing and case-erector cylinders on a packaging conveyor line, where stable pressure keeps stroke timing consistent.
Step through GR200/300/400/600 to match the port size and required flow; this GR600 unit carries PT3/4 ports. Choose the gauge style and scale - embedded square or external round, in MPa, psi or bar; this code specifies a round gauge with a psi scale. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order, a bracket is included, and a low-pressure type (L) rated up to 0.4 MPa exists for lines that run low. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
Flow for the GR600 is published as characteristic curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Tell us your required flow and working pressures and we will confirm the sizing from the AirTAC datasheet on request.
C2 means a round external pressure gauge with a psi scale is fitted; the embedded square gauge and MPa or bar scales are the other catalogue options. Thread is PT as standard, and G (BSPP) or NPT versions are available to order as specification options.
