The AirTAC GR60020F1T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, NPT 3/4 in is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020F1T is an AirTAC GR600 air pressure regulator: regulation only, with no filter element, no bowl and no drain. This 600-size unit is configured with a 3/4 in NPT port, the standard regulator type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and an embedded square pressure gauge with an MPa scale. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the operating temperature range is -20 to 70 C, and a mounting bracket is included; the GR series is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, plus a low-pressure type (up to 0.4 MPa), a reverse/check valve option, gauge scale choices and a no-bracket variant. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable, reduced pressure feeding the clamp and fold cylinders on a carton-forming machine so glue joints and flaps are pressed with consistent force shift after shift.
Regulate the supply to pop-up diverters and sorting gates on a distribution conveyor, holding actuator pressure below the main header pressure to protect seals and gate linkages.
Trim the atomizing air pressure at each spray-gun drop in a finishing booth so operators dial in the exact gun pressure the coating supplier specifies, independent of the shop header.
Size the GR600 by port and flow demand: the 600 size carries the largest ports in the GR range (up to 1 in), so step 200/300/400/600 against the air consumption of the circuit being supplied. Choose the gauge to suit the operator: embedded square gauge standard, external round gauge optional, with MPa (1), psi (2) or bar (3) scales. Thread is NPT on this unit; PT is the AirTAC standard and G is the alternative order option. If your set pressure never exceeds 0.4 MPa, the GR low-pressure (L) type gives finer control; add K if a reverse/check valve is wanted, or J to omit the bracket. Flow for this series is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing data from the datasheet on request before you order.
It is the gauge code: this unit ships with an embedded square gauge on an MPa scale. If your team reads psi or bar, order the same regulator with scale 2 (psi) or 3 (bar), or choose the optional external round gauge.
