The AirTAC GR60020F2 AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator PT3/4, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020F2 is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in the largest 600 size, fitted with a 3/4 in PT port. It does one job only: reducing and holding downstream air pressure, adjustable across 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This configuration carries the embedded square pressure gauge reading in psi, includes a mounting bracket, and is the standard (not low-pressure) type. Because it is a GR, there is no filter, no bowl and no drain - pair it with a GF filter upstream if the line needs water and particulate removal.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, G (BSPP) and NPT thread variants, psi/MPa/bar gauge scales, a low-pressure type (up to 0.4 MPa) and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable, reduced pressure to a 3/4 in-fed pneumatic press or clamping circuit, protecting tooling and dies from full line pressure.
Feed cartoning, wrapping or case-sealing machinery on a packaging line with a regulated air supply set to the pressure the machine builder specifies.
Install at a 3/4 in branch take-off from a factory compressed-air ring main to give a work cell its own independently adjustable pressure.
Choose the 600 size with its 3/4 in PT port when your main air drop or machine supply line is built around 3/4 in pipework and the largest G-series regulator body is appropriate; smaller 200-400 sizes step down in port and body size. Set the working pressure anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) band; if your circuit never exceeds 0.4 MPa, the GR low-pressure (L) variant is the alternative. This unit ships as standard type with the embedded square gauge in psi - other scales (MPa, bar) and an external round gauge are order options. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT versions are ordered by suffix. A reverse/check valve (K) can be specified if you need to hold downstream pressure on supply loss, and the included bracket suits panel or surface mounting. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing figures from the datasheet on request.
The F2 in the code means the embedded square gauge is fitted and reads in psi. MPa and bar scales are available as order options, and an external round gauge can be specified instead - the N code removes the gauge entirely if you prefer to use your own.
