The AirTAC GR60020JC2G AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator, G3/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020JC2G is an AirTAC GR600 air pressure regulator in the largest size of the GR family, fitted with a G3/4 (BSPP) port. It does one job only: reducing and holding downstream air pressure, with a standard adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) and a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This configuration carries a round pressure gauge reading in psi, and the J code means no mounting bracket is supplied, though the GR body is also panel-mountable. GR units tolerate a wide -20 to 70 C temperature range and are noted in the catalogue for low pressure loss.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, thread options PT (standard), G and NPT, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, a low-pressure type (L) rated up to 0.4 MPa, and optional reverse/check valve or bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Dropping a 3/4-inch branch off a factory compressed-air ring main to feed a production cell at a steady, set working pressure below the header line pressure.
Holding a repeatable set pressure to air cylinders on a pneumatic clamping or light press station, where consistent downstream pressure keeps cycle force uniform.
Regulating supply air to pneumatic valve actuators and positioners on a process skid, where the actuator manufacturer specifies a fixed operating pressure.
Start with the port step: the 600 size with its 3/4-inch connection suits lines where larger pipework is already run, but the right size ultimately depends on the flow your circuit needs - GR flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so tell us your demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order. Then settle the decodable options: gauge scale (this unit ships with a round psi gauge; MPa and bar scales are available), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options - this code is the G version), bracket (this J-coded unit has none, and GR is also panel-mountable), and the low-pressure L type if your setpoint stays at or below 0.4 MPa. If your downstream equipment needs a filter or lubricator as well, that is a separate GF or GL unit - the GR regulates only.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR regulator flow as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for your application on request before you order.
J means no mounting bracket is supplied (the GR is also panel-mountable), C means the round external gauge is fitted, and 2 means that gauge reads in psi. MPa (code 1) and bar (code 3) gauge scales are available as separate catalogue codes, and G/NPT thread versions exist alongside the standard PT.
