The AirTAC GR60020JF2T AirTAC Air Regulator NPT3/4 psi Gauge is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020JF2T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding your downstream pressure steady at the setting you choose. This is the 600 size, the largest in the GR line, with a 3/4 in NPT port. The J code means no mounting bracket is fitted, and since the code carries no L, it is the standard type with a regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). The F2 code gives you the embedded square gauge scaled in psi, so the setting is readable at the unit; an external round gauge is available as an option. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options in PT (standard), G and NPT, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, a low-pressure type variant, and an optional reverse/check valve. A regulator has no flow rating published as a single figure - the catalogue gives flow as curves - so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Dropping the 3/4 in branch feed of a factory air ring to a controlled working pressure so downstream tools and actuators see a steady, repeatable setting instead of raw header pressure.
Setting a stable supply pressure at the inlet of a machine's pneumatic manifold or control panel, with the psi square gauge letting technicians read and lock the setpoint at the unit.
Regulating auxiliary air circuits on commercial vehicles and loading equipment, where the GR's -20 to 70 C temperature range covers cold-yard and winter depot conditions.
Step up or down in size (200/300/400/600) to match the port and the flow your line needs - the 600 size with a 3/4 in port suits the heavier end of the range. Choose the gauge scale that matches your plant: this unit carries the square gauge in psi, with MPa and bar scales orderable. Thread is NPT here; PT is the AirTAC standard and G is also a catalogue option. The J code omits the bracket - add one if you want panel or surface mounting, or use the GR's panel-mount capability directly. Regulation range on this standard type is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); if your setpoint sits below that, ask about the L low-pressure type.
On sizing: AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not a single rated number, so we will not quote you a figure that is not in the datasheet. Send us your flow and pressure conditions and we will confirm the right size from the curves before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves in the catalogue rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number for this unit. Tell us your inlet pressure, setpoint and required flow, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The J in the code means no bracket is fitted. The GR series is also panel-mountable directly, and a bracket is a catalogue option on the GR line - so if you want surface mounting rather than panel or in-line mounting, ask us for the bracket-equipped variant when ordering.
