The AirTAC GR60020LC1TK AirTAC Low-Pressure Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020LC1TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in the largest size 600 body, fitted with 3/4 in NPT ports. It is the low-pressure type, adjusted to hold downstream pressure at up to 0.4 MPa, and it carries a reverse/check valve so downstream air does not flow back through the unit. A round external pressure gauge on the MPa scale is included so the setpoint can be read directly at the unit. As a pure regulator it performs one job only: reducing and holding outlet pressure. It contains no filter, no drain bowl and no lubricator.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, standard or low-pressure adjustment ranges, gauge choices, an optional reverse/check valve and G, NPT or PT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G series. We confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On a bag-sealing or tray-lidding line, the sealing jaws and clamping cylinders are often run at reduced pressure to avoid crushing delicate film. This regulator holds that reduced downstream setting steadily, and the check valve keeps the circuit from back-feeding if upstream supply is lost.
Air knives and blow-off nozzles used to dry bottles, cans or extrusions are typically run at gentle pressures so product is not knocked over. The low-pressure adjustment range of this unit suits that duty, and the 3/4 in NPT ports feed larger manifolds with minimal restriction.
Purge air, actuator air and sample-line motive air in laboratory or pilot-plant skids often need a modest, stable pressure rather than full line pressure. The round MPa gauge lets an operator verify the setting at a glance, and the check valve protects the instrument circuit from reverse flow.
Size 600 with 3/4 in ports is the top of the GR range, so start there when the line carries high air demand; if your flow sits well below the curve for this size, the smaller 400 or 300 bodies may be more economical. This code specifies the low-pressure type (L), which adjusts up to 0.4 MPa - choose it only if your process never needs standard-range settings above 0.4 MPa. The round gauge is on the MPa scale; psi and bar scales are available as options. The trailing T sets NPT threads; PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) can be ordered instead. The reverse/check valve (K) is fitted, and a mounting bracket is included - GR units are also panel-mountable. Flow for this family is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your line pressure, required downstream pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm from the datasheet whether this size 600, 3/4 in unit is correctly sized for your application.
The L in the model code marks the low-pressure regulator type, which adjusts downstream pressure up to 0.4 MPa. It is chosen for circuits that must never run above that level, such as delicate clamping or blow-off duty. If your process needs settings above 0.4 MPa, order the standard GR type instead; maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) either way.
