The AirTAC GR60020LF2TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020LF2TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply, and it contains no filter, no bowl and no lubricator. This unit is the 600 size with a 3/4 in NPT port, and it is the low-pressure (L) type, so its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa - suited to circuits that must never see full line pressure. An embedded square gauge reading in psi is fitted so the setpoint can be read directly, and the K option adds a reverse/check valve so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in standard or low-pressure versions, with gauge, thread and check-valve options to match. We confirm flow and full datasheet figures on request - just ask before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Fixture clamps that must close gently and never exceed a set force run on a reduced-pressure branch. This low-pressure GR regulator caps that branch at 0.4 MPa, and the check valve holds clamp pressure if the main supply drops.
Air-jet looms need a steady, moderate-pressure air feed to the main jet header. A 3/4 in regulator on the loom supply line holds the jet pressure constant through shift-long operation, with the psi gauge giving operators a direct setpoint readout.
Sealing and tucking cylinders on a packaging line work best at a reduced, repeatable pressure to avoid crushing film or deforming seals. This regulator sets that pressure locally at the machine, and the included bracket lets it mount on the machine frame.
Start with the port step: the GR family steps through 200/300/400/600 sizes and 1/8 in to 1 in ports, so pick the size whose flow capacity matches your line - because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. Choose the standard type for adjustment up to 0.9 MPa, or the low-pressure L type (as here) where the circuit must stay at or below 0.4 MPa. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge (standard) or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit reads psi. Thread is PT as the catalogue standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options; this unit is NPT. The K option adds a reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket is included (GR is also panel-mountable).
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and required flow, and we will confirm from the datasheet curves whether the 600 size at 3/4 in suits your application before you order.
L is the low-pressure type. A standard GR regulator adjusts up to 0.9 MPa, while the L type is limited to a maximum of 0.4 MPa. Choose it for circuits that must never receive full line pressure, such as clamp, seal or jet-air supplies. This unit also carries K (a reverse/check valve), an F2 square gauge reading in psi, and an NPT thread.
