The AirTAC GR60020LJNTK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/4" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020LJNTK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply. This is the 600 size, the largest in the GR range, with a 3/4 in NPT port. It is the low-pressure type, so its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa, and it carries a built-in reverse (check) valve so downstream air does not back-feed through the unit. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family. No pressure gauge is fitted with this code and no mounting bracket is included, though the GR body is panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in standard and low-pressure types, with optional gauges, brackets and reverse valves, and PT, G or NPT threads. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On a packaging machine where pneumatic clamps and hold-downs are specified to run at a low setpoint, this regulator sits at the circuit inlet and holds that pressure steady, with the check valve blocking back-flow when the supply drops.
Looms and textile frames use low-pressure air for thread tensioning and light actuation. A 3/4 in regulator at the machine drop keeps the setpoint stable across a shift despite swings in the main header pressure.
Bench-scale process rigs often need air held well below main-line pressure. This low-pressure regulator on the rig's 3/4 in supply line lets operators set a safe, repeatable pressure without over-ranging the equipment downstream.
Step up through the GR sizes (200 to 600) as your port size and air demand grow; this unit is the 600 size with a 3/4 in NPT port. Choose the low-pressure type (this code) when your setpoint stays at or below 0.4 MPa, and the standard type when you need the full 0.05-0.9 MPa range. Decide whether you want a gauge fitted (embedded square, or external round with MPa, psi or bar scale) - this code ships without one. Thread is NPT here; PT is the catalogue standard and G is also orderable. A bracket can be added if you do not panel-mount, and the reverse valve in this code is worth keeping where back-flow must be blocked. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number, Cv or SCFM value. Tell us your port size, inlet pressure and setpoint and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for your application on request.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type: its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa. If your setpoint needs to go higher, you need the standard GR type instead, which adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa. This unit also has no gauge fitted (code N), so add a gauge code if you want a pressure indication on the body.
