The AirTAC GR60025C2TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60025C2TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply, and it carries no filter, no drain bowl and no lubricator. This is the size-600 unit, the largest in the GR line, with 1 in NPT ports, a standard adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) and a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). The C2 code adds an external round pressure gauge reading in psi, and the K code means a reverse (check) valve is fitted so downstream pressure will not back-drive through the unit when the supply is removed.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans four sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, optional G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, low-pressure variants, gauge scale choices and a reverse-valve option. GR units operate from -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G-series. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Placed at the drop from a plant air header, the 1 in GR60025C2TK sets a stable working pressure for the whole station's valve-and-cylinder circuits, with the psi gauge giving operators a local setpoint readout.
Weld and fixture clamps need a fixed, repeatable clamping force. This regulator holds the circuit pressure steady while the fitted reverse valve keeps the clamps from losing their setpoint if the main supply is interrupted.
On a process skid or wash-down line, the GR60025C2TK feeds a positioner or large actuator at a controlled pressure, and the check valve prevents line backflow from disturbing the setting.
Start with the port step: GR600 takes 1 in ports, so it belongs at the head of a large-air line where 3/4 in and smaller regulators would be a bottleneck - if your main line is smaller, step down to GR400, GR300 or GR200 and match the port code (06, 08, 10, 15, 20, 25). Set the working pressure you need against the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range; if you need below 0.4 MPa continuously, ask about the GR low-pressure type. Choose the gauge scale you want (MPa, psi or bar) - this unit carries a round psi gauge - and keep the K reverse valve if downstream cylinders or tanks must hold pressure when the supply drops. Thread is NPT here; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is orderable. A mounting bracket is included and GR is also panel-mountable. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a SCFM, l/min or Cv number on the page. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and required flow, and we will confirm the correct size against the datasheet before you order.
The C2 in the code specifies an external round gauge with a psi scale (MPa and bar scales are also available), and the K specifies a fitted reverse/check valve that blocks backflow from the downstream side. Both are catalogue options: you can order the same GR600-25 body with a square embedded gauge, a different scale, or without the reverse valve - just ask, and note NPT and G (BSPP) threads are order alternatives to the PT standard.
