The AirTAC GR60025C3T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1 (1 in) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60025C3T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator for compressed air, and regulation is the only job it does: there is no filter element, no drain bowl and no lubricator in this unit. This configuration is the size 600 body with 1 in NPT female ports, a standard (not low-pressure) regulating valve covering 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and a round pressure gauge supplied with a bar scale. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -20 to 70 C, which is wider than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, optional G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, an optional low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, an optional reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket - GR is also panel-mountable. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

At the 1 in take-off from a plant air header, the GR60025C3T steps the header pressure down to the stable working pressure a machining cell's actuators and clamps were designed around.
On a carton-forming or case-packing line, the regulator holds a constant set pressure to the cylinders that fold, push and seal, so cycle behaviour does not drift as header pressure moves.
In a machine builder's pneumatic panel, the bracketed, panel-mountable GR60025C3T sits at the panel inlet as the main pressure-setting stage ahead of the individual circuit branches.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 600 with 1 in NPT ports, the largest in the GR range, so size up or down (200/300/400/600, 1/8 in to 1 in) according to the pipe and the flow your line needs. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. Then set the options that matter: gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - this unit ships with a round bar gauge, and an embedded square gauge is the alternative), thread (PT is the standard; G/BSPP and NPT are order options, and this unit is the NPT version), the standard versus low-pressure (L) regulating valve, and the optional reverse/check valve (K). A mounting bracket is included, and GR can also be panel-mounted.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number, Cv or SCFM value. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The C3 in the code means this unit comes with a round gauge on a bar scale. Gauges are an order choice: an embedded square gauge is the standard fitting, an external round gauge is optional, and scales are available in MPa, psi or bar - so you can specify a different scale when ordering.
