The AirTAC GR60025JC2GK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator G1 (1 in) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR600 is a compressed-air pressure regulator: it holds a steady downstream pressure for the equipment it feeds, and nothing else - there is no filter, no bowl and no lubricator in this unit. This GR60025JC2GK configuration is the largest size in the range, with a G1 (1 in, BSPP) port, the standard pressure type, an external round gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. It ships without a mounting bracket, and the GR body is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series runs from size 200 to 600, with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, G (BSPP) or NPT thread on request, an optional low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa, gauge choices, and an optional reverse valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the standard regulation range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), with a working temperature of -20 to 70 C - wider than the rest of the G family. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet for your application.

| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — round, psi scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable supply pressure for the cylinder bank on a carton-forming or wrapping machine so sealing arms and pushers move consistently through every shift.
Hold the clamp circuit of a weld or assembly fixture at the pressure the fixture designer specified, with the check valve keeping the clamp engaged if upstream air is interrupted.
Regulate the drop feeding impact wrenches, ratchets and air drills at a plant maintenance station so tools receive the pressure they were designed for.
Start with the port step: the GR series moves from 1/8 in to 1 in across sizes 200-600, and larger sizes carry more flow - match the size to the air demand of the line rather than to the pipe alone. Then set the options that matter: gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options), bracket or no bracket, and whether a reverse (check) valve is needed to hold downstream pressure. A low-pressure type (L) limited to 0.4 MPa is also available. Flow for this series is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your line's air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
C means an external round gauge is fitted instead of the embedded square gauge, 2 sets its scale to psi, and K means a reverse (check) valve is built in to hold downstream pressure if the upstream supply drops.
