The AirTAC GR60025JC3TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60025JC3TK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in the largest 600 size, built for pressure regulation of compressed air only - no filtration, no bowl, no lubrication. This configuration carries a 1 in NPT inlet/outlet port, the standard regulator type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and an external round pressure gauge scaled in bar. A reverse/check valve is fitted, holding the downstream setting if upstream pressure is lost, and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket; the GR body is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of PT (standard), G or NPT thread, gauge or no gauge, and an optional low-pressure type. Rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and a working temperature of -20 to 70 C - wider than the rest of the G family - the GR600 suits demanding plant air circuits. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

| Pressure type | Standard type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |

|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |

| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold a stable working pressure on the 1 in distribution main of a factory air system, with the reverse/check valve keeping the downstream setting if the compressor side drops out.
Feed big-bore actuated valves and cylinder banks on process lines at a regulated pressure set on the bar-scaled round gauge, sized for the 1 in supply piping.
Regulate supply pressure to high-duty conveyor diverters and clamping fixtures where the downstream circuit must hold its setting independently of upstream fluctuation.
Start with the port step: the 600 size takes a 1 in connection, the largest in the GR range, so step up to GR600 when your line size and air demand call for it - and ask us to confirm sizing against the published flow curves before ordering, since no single rated flow figure is quoted. Next, choose the thread: PT is the standard, while G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options to order, as on this NPT version. Pick the gauge arrangement and scale - an embedded square gauge is standard, an external round gauge is optional, and scales are available in MPa, psi or bar (this unit carries the round gauge in bar). Decide whether you want the reverse/check valve (code K, fitted here) to hold the downstream setting on air loss, and whether to order with or without the mounting bracket; the GR is also panel-mountable. If your circuit never exceeds 0.4 MPa, the GR low-pressure type (code L) is the alternative to the standard range of 0.05-0.9 MPa.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your line size and air demand and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this 1 in NPT unit on request before you order.
K means a reverse/check valve is fitted. If upstream pressure is lost, the valve holds the regulated downstream pressure instead of letting it bleed back, which protects circuits that must keep their setting through a supply interruption. GR units without the K code do not have this feature.
