The AirTAC GR60025JF1TK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT 1 in is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60025JF1TK is an AirTAC GR600 air pressure regulator for compressed air only. It does one job: hold a steady downstream pressure from a variable supply. This 600-size unit has 1 in NPT ports for the largest branch lines, a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, an embedded square pressure gauge scaled in MPa, and a built-in reverse (check) valve so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. No mounting bracket is fitted; the GR600 can also be panel-mounted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, optional G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, gauge choices and scales, and a low-pressure variant. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

| Series | GR600 pressure regulator |
| Port size | PT1" (NPT thread) |
| Regulating range | 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) |
| Pressure type | Standard type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — square, MPa scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Dropping a 1 in compressed-air header down to a controlled working pressure for a production hall, with the check valve holding the line if the compressor room cycles.
Feeding a machining centre's air-powered clamps and tool-change circuits from a large branch line at a stable, repeatable pressure.
Regulating the supply to pneumatic valve manifolds and cylinder banks on a filling and capping line, read directly off the MPa-scaled gauge.
Step through size and port against the air demand of the line: 600 is the largest GR size, with this unit carrying 1 in NPT ports. Set the working pressure inside the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range; if the circuit runs below that band, the GR low-pressure type is the alternative. Choose the gauge scale you want to read (MPa, psi or bar) and whether the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge suits the panel. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is orderable. The K code means a reverse/check valve is fitted - useful where a held downstream pressure matters. Bracket is omitted on this code.
One honest note before you order: regulator flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your flow and pressure conditions and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you commit.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so there is no honest one-line figure to quote. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. If upstream pressure falls, the valve holds the regulated downstream pressure instead of letting it bleed back, which protects circuits that must not lose pressure mid-cycle. This unit also carries an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa; psi or bar scales are orderable.
