The AirTAC GR60025JNT AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60025JNT is an AirTAC GR600 air pressure regulator, the largest size in the GR series, fitted with a 1 in NPT port. It does one job only: reducing and holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply. This standard-type unit adjusts across 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and it operates in temperatures from -20 to 70 C, a wider range than the rest of the G family. This configuration carries the N code (no gauge fitted) and the J code (no mounting bracket), and the body is panel-mountable if you choose to fix it that way.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series spans four sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include a gauge, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, a low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa, a reverse/check valve, and a bracket. Published flow data for GR600 appears as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold a steady downstream pressure to the clamping and hold-down cylinders on a pneumatic press, so repeat strokes clamp with consistent force shift after shift.
Regulate the supply feeding the divert, seal and pusher cylinders on a packaging line, keeping actuator speed and seating pressure stable as the main header pressure wanders.
Fit at the point of use on a workshop air drop to run impact wrenches, grinders and other air tools at a set, safe pressure instead of full header pressure.
Start with the port and size step: GR600 is the largest GR size with a 1 in port, chosen when the air demand at the point of use is too high for the 200/300/400 sizes. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order. Then settle the options: this unit is the standard type (the L low-pressure type, limited to 0.4 MPa, is a separate code); the N code means no gauge is fitted, so add a gauge code if you want a square embedded gauge or an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scale; and the J code means no bracket. Thread is NPT here - PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is also available as an order option. A K code can add a reverse/check valve if you need one.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR600 flow data as performance curves, not as a single rated flow figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The N code means no pressure gauge is fitted; if you want one, order a configuration with a gauge code (square embedded gauge or external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scale). The J code means no mounting bracket is included, though the GR body is also panel-mountable. Thread on this unit is NPT; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is available as an order option.
