The AirTAC GR60025JNTK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1 (1 in) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60025JNTK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in the largest 600 size, fitted with 1 in NPT ports. It does one job only: holding a stable downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply. The standard-type unit adjusts across 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and it operates from -20 to 70 C, a wider temperature window than the rest of the G family. This configuration carries the K option, a reverse (check) valve, and no pressure gauge is fitted; the J code means no mounting bracket is included, though the GR body is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans four sizes (200, 300, 400 and 600) with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, optional G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, an optional low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa, and gauge or bracket options. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Dropping a 1 in branch off the main plant air header to feed a production cell, holding a steady downstream pressure for every tool and cylinder on that branch.
Regulating the supply to the grip, clamp and lift cylinders on a palletising machine so end-of-arm tooling sees consistent pressure through every cycle.
Setting a stable, fixed pressure feeding a CNC machining centre's pneumatic circuits - tool clamping, chip doors and air-blast - from the shop air main.
Start with the port and size step: the GR600 is the largest GR size with a 1 in connection, so match it to your line size and the flow your circuit needs - and because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against the application before ordering. Set the adjustment range you need: this standard type covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), while the L low-pressure type is limited to 0.4 MPa. Choose the thread to order: PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as catalogue options - this unit is the NPT version. Decide on a gauge (none is fitted here; an embedded square gauge or external round gauge can be specified, with MPa, psi or bar scales), whether you want the K reverse/check valve (fitted on this unit), and whether a mounting bracket is required (not included here).
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or l/min number. Tell us your line size and application and we will confirm the relevant datasheet figures on request before you order.
The T is the thread: NPT instead of the PT standard, with G (BSPP) also available as an order option. The K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, which holds the downstream setting if upstream supply is interrupted. This unit also has no gauge (N) and no mounting bracket (J), though the GR body is panel-mountable.
