The AirTAC GR60025LJC2K AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator PT1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60025LJC2K is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator for compressed air, built in the largest size of the range with a 1 in PT1 port. This is the low-pressure type (code L), so it regulates up to 0.4 MPa, and it carries a reverse/check valve (code K) so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. It is supplied without a mounting bracket (code J) and is also panel-mountable, and it is fitted with an external round gauge reading in psi. As a pure regulator it performs no filtration and no lubrication - pair it with a filter if the line needs one.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, standard and low-pressure regulating types, gauge and no-gauge variants, and PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads to order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application before ordering.

| Pressure type | Low-pressure type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — round, psi scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Holds a paint or coating booth's atomising air at a gentle, stable setpoint below 0.4 MPa, with the check valve keeping the setting in place if the shop supply dips mid-shift.
Regulates the low clamping pressure a delicate workpiece needs, so the fixture grips firmly without crushing, and holds the clamp if upstream air is interrupted.
Feeds instruments, agitators or drying lines that specify a low regulated air pressure, with the psi gauge giving operators a direct local reading at the point of use.
Step up through the GR sizes (200/300/400/600) as port size and required flow grow - this unit is the 600 size with a 1 in PT1 port, the top of the range. Because this is the low-pressure type, it suits circuits that must be held at or below 0.4 MPa; for higher setpoints choose the standard type. The K code means a reverse/check valve is built in - useful where a momentary supply loss must not dump downstream pressure. The round psi gauge is fitted here; square embedded gauges and MPa or bar scales are other catalogue options. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options. This unit comes without a bracket. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your line pressure, setpoint and expected air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The L code makes this the low-pressure type, regulating up to 0.4 MPa - the right choice when the circuit must never be set higher. The K code adds a reverse/check valve, so downstream pressure is retained if the upstream supply drops. A standard GR covers the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa range but has no check function unless ordered with K.
