The AirTAC GR60025LJF1T AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60025LJF1T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding downstream pressure steady, and it carries no filter, no bowl and no lubricator. This is the 600 size with a 1 in NPT port, built as the low-pressure type, so its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa instead of the standard GR range - the right choice for circuits that must never see full line pressure. A square pressure gauge is fitted for direct setting, and the maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) with an operating temperature range of -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family. No mounting bracket is fitted with this code; the GR can also be panel-mounted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, standard or low-pressure regulation, gauge or no-gauge builds, optional reverse/check valve, and PT, G or NPT threads. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm the datasheet and flow data for your operating point on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Pneumatic clamps and hold-downs on carton-sealing or case-packing machinery often need a gentle, stable pressure well below plant supply. This low-pressure GR600 regulator, set up to 0.4 MPa at the 1 in NPT take-off, holds that setpoint steady so parts are held firmly without crushing.
Blow-off nozzles and air knives clearing dust or water from product on a conveyor run best at a controlled, moderate pressure. Feeding them through this 600-size regulator keeps the blow consistent line-wide and protects downstream valves from supply-pressure swings.
Looms, winders and web-converting equipment use light-duty air cylinders and tension rollers that misbehave at full line pressure. A low-pressure GR600 with its fitted square gauge lets operators set and read the exact working pressure these mechanisms were designed for.
Start with the port step: the 600 size takes a 1 in connection, and the right size is the one whose flow curve covers your demand at acceptable pressure drop - ask us to check the curve against your application before ordering. Then pick the regulator type: this code is the low-pressure (L) type with adjustment up to 0.4 MPa; if your setpoint needs to go higher, the standard GR type covers 0.05-0.9 MPa. This unit ships with a square gauge on an MPa scale; psi or bar scales and an external round gauge are available in the family. Thread is NPT here, with PT (the standard) and G as orderable options. The J suffix means no bracket; bracketed versions exist if you want wall mounting. GR has no drain, bowl or filter grade - those choices do not apply to this family.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a Cv, l/min or SCFM number. Tell us your inlet pressure, setpoint and expected air demand and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet for your operating point on request.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type: its adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa. A standard GR (no L) adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa. Choose the L type when your setpoint is low and you want the ceiling built in; choose standard when you need the full range. Both share the same 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet pressure.
