The AirTAC GR60025LJF2GK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator G1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60025LJF2GK is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in the largest 600 size, with G1 (1 in) G-thread ports. It is the low-pressure type, so outlet pressure is adjustable up to 0.4 MPa, and this configuration carries a square pressure gauge scaled in psi plus a built-in reverse (check) valve. As a pure regulator it does one job only: it holds a set downstream pressure. It does not filter water or particles and it does not lubricate the air, so add separate units where those functions are needed.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of PT (standard), G or NPT thread, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and bracket or no-bracket mounting; the GR is also panel-mountable. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.
| Model | GR60025LJF2GK AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator G1 Low-Pressure |
|---|---|
| Series | GR600 pressure regulator |
| Port size | PT1" (G (BSPP) thread) |
| Regulating range | 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) |
| Pressure type | Low-pressure type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — square, psi scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Regulated low-pressure air feeding air knives that strip rinse water from bottles before labeling, with the 1 in G ports taking a main air drop on a high-speed conveyor.
Holding a steady, limited supply pressure to low-pressure actuator circuits on carton or tray equipment, where the check valve prevents backflow disturbing the setting.
Providing a controlled supply to leak-test or gasket-pressure fixtures that work below 0.4 MPa, with the psi-scaled square gauge reading directly in the units the rig uses.
Size up by port and flow: the 600 size with its 1 in G ports suits the largest branch lines in the GR range, but the right step depends on the flow your line needs. Choose the low-pressure type (L) only when your circuit never needs more than 0.4 MPa; the standard GR type covers the full 0.05-0.9 MPa range. Decide the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), the thread (PT is standard; G and NPT are order options), and whether you want the mounting bracket - this code is supplied without one.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can honestly quote. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and the flow your application needs, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
L is the low-pressure type, adjustable up to 0.4 MPa instead of the standard 0.05-0.9 MPa range. F2 is the square pressure gauge fitted with a psi scale (MPa and bar scales are alternatives). G is the G (BSPP) thread on the 1 in ports; PT is the standard thread and NPT is also available as an order option.
