The AirTAC GR60025LJNT AirTAC Air Pressure Regulator NPT1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60025LJNT is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: it does one job, holding your downstream pressure steady, and it carries no filter, no bowl and no lubricator. This unit is the low-pressure (L) type, so its regulation range is up to 0.4 MPa, and it is built in the 600 size with a 1 in NPT port. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -20 to 70 C, wider than the rest of the G family. The J code means no mounting bracket is fitted, and the N code means no pressure gauge is supplied; as a GR unit it is also panel-mountable.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200 to 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is available in standard or low-pressure types, with or without a gauge (square or round, MPa, psi or bar scale), with or without a bracket, with a reverse/check valve option, and in PT, G or NPT thread. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR600 | G-series pressure regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On a carton-sealing or case-packing line, clamp and hold-down cylinders often run at gentle setpoints well below main-line pressure. This low-pressure regulator, fed from the plant air header through its 1 in NPT port, holds that reduced pressure steady so clamps grip cartons without crushing them.
Bottling and canning conveyors use low-pressure air for hold-down rollers, diverters and gate actuators. Mounted at the takeoff for the conveyor section, this GR600 regulator keeps that circuit's pressure constant even as the main compressor loading cycles, so gates divert consistently shift after shift.
In a process plant, positioners and pneumatic actuators on dampers and valves need a stable, modest supply pressure rather than full header pressure. Panel-mounted at the branch takeoff, this low-pressure regulator trims the supply to the actuator loop, and its -20 to 70 C range suits unheated instrument air rooms.
Start with the port: this unit is the 600 size with a 1 in NPT thread, the largest step in the GR line, so size up or down (200/300/400/600) against the pipe and the flow your line needs. Because this is the L (low-pressure) type, its regulation range tops out at 0.4 MPa; if your setpoint sits above that, the standard GR type (0.05-0.9 MPa) is the correct choice instead. You can also choose gauge or no gauge and its scale, bracket or no bracket, a reverse/check valve, and PT or G thread instead of NPT - PT is the standard thread and G/NPT are catalogue options to order.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Tell us your line conditions and we will confirm the datasheet curve and the right size before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR regulator flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state a flow number here. Send us your inlet pressure, setpoint and expected consumption, and we will confirm the datasheet curve for the 600 size against your application on request.
The L in the code GR60025LJNT marks the low-pressure type, whose regulation range is up to 0.4 MPa. If your setpoint needs to go higher, the standard GR type covers 0.05-0.9 MPa in the same 600 size and 1 in port - just ask for the standard variant instead.
