Installation note:
Use 0.4-0.6Nm torque for mounting screws. Apply silicone-free lubricant
to O-rings during assembly. Ensure manifold alignment within ±0.2mm
tolerance during expansion. Clean internal passages with filtered air
(≤25μm) before operation.
