Installation note:
Apply thread sealant (LOCTITE 5452 recommended) on port threads.
Tighten manifold stacking screws diagonally in 3 stages (30% → 70% → 100% torque)
to ensure even pressure distribution. Maintain 15mm clearance below base for tubing access.
