Installation note:
Use ISO 8573-1 Class 2-4-2 compressed air. For vertical mounting,
add ≤10% additional load factor. Lubricate with ISO VG32 turbine oil
if used in high-cycle (>5Hz) applications. Avoid side-load exceeding 3N.
