Adjustment procedure:
Rotate knob clockwise to increase damping (1 full turn ≈ 0.1MPa change).
Always perform adjustments under no-load conditions. Recalibrate every
2,000 operating hours or 6 months.
Critical note:
Avoid sudden pressure releases - gradually reduce system pressure over
30 seconds before maintenance. Never exceed 80℃ fluid temperature to
prevent HNBR seal degradation.
