Installation note:
Mount vertically with ±3° tolerance. Allow 50mm clearance for stroke extension.
Pre-charge hydraulic oil to 80% capacity before initial operation. Perform 10-15
warm-up cycles at 50% pressure after installation.
- Oil replacement: Every 500,000 cycles or 12 months
- Seal inspection: Every 100,000 cycles
- Pressure decay test: Quarterly (max 5% loss in 5min)

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
