Installation guidelines:
Mount vertically with ±3° tolerance. Maintain 200mm clearance below rod end for overstroke protection.
Pre-lubricate via oil filler port before first use. Adjust cushioning screws clockwise to increase damping force.
Critical note:
Never exceed 80% of maximum stroke in continuous operation.
Requires monthly oil level inspection - maintain between 80-90% of sight glass window.
