Features 360° rotatable collar for flexible tube positioning and a positive-lock mechanism that audibly clicks when fully engaged. The nickel plating provides enhanced surface hardness (500-600HV) and salt spray resistance exceeding 96 hours.
- Step 1: Cut tube square using tube cutter
- Step 2: Insert tube until it bottoms out (6mm insertion depth)

Maintenance Tip:
Replace O-rings every 50,000 cycles or 2 years (whichever comes first).
Use silicone grease (AS-9301 spec) for lubrication. Avoid side-load forces exceeding 15N.
Critical Note:
Not compatible with PTFE tubes or aggressive chemicals like chlorinated solvents.
Maximum permissible momentary pressure spike: 2.25 MPa.

- Over delivery time.
- The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
