Heavy-duty push-to-connect fitting assembly with corrosion-resistant nickel plating, designed for industrial pneumatic systems requiring secure hose-to-component connections. Features a 45° barbed end for easy hose insertion and vibration resistance. Meets ISO 1179-1 standard for metric connectors.

Installation Guide:
Apply 1.5-2 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads (Clockwise winding).
Use two wrenches during installation - one to hold the hex base (22mm AF)
and another to tighten the connection. Max 1/4 turn past finger-tight.
Compatibility Note:
Not recommended for hydraulic fluids or petroleum-based media.
Always use hose clamps (not included) with barbed connections in
high-vibration environments.
