Installation guidance:
For optimal performance, cut tubes square using proper tubing cutter.
Insertion depth should reach 23mm until audible click. Test pull strength
(≥50N required) after installation. Lubricate threads with PTFE tape
for airtight sealing.
Compatibility note:
Designed for polyurethane/nylon pneumatic tubing only. Not suitable
for fuel lines or chemical transfer. Maximum operating temperature
reduces to 60℃ when used with oil-mist lubricated systems.
