Installation protocol:
Clean port threads with IPA before assembly. Apply thread sealant only to male threads,
avoiding contact with O-rings. Torque in 1/4-turn increments using a calibrated wrench.
Re-torque after 24hr thermal cycling in high-vibration environments.
