Installation protocol:
Mount with 0.5-1mm gap between buffer and impact surface. Perform 10-15
test cycles before full operation. Adjust damping force clockwise for
heavier loads using the hexagonal wrench (included). Relubricate every
50,000 cycles with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
