AirTAC Sensor Mounts, Straps & Cables

This collection is the sensor-side hardware for AirTAC cylinders: 80 parts that hold a magnetic switch against the barrel and connect it. The line-up splits into fixing hardware and cabling - 18 F-SC brackets for SC, 14 F-HGS sensor mounts, 11 F-MQS and 10 F-MQA mounting straps, 9 F-SI brackets for SI and 3 F-TSAI brackets for TSAI, plus 15 F-DSUB cable variants. Brackets and straps sit in the few-dollar range (median $5.08); the cables carry the expensive end at up to $60.45.

One warning before you order, because this is the collection most often confused with another of ours: F-SC on this page is a sensor mounting bracket; F-SC-LB on our /mounting-brackets collection is an axial fixing bracket that holds the cylinder body to the machine. Three fixing methods run across the range. Brackets bolt to the cylinder (F-SC, F-SI, F-TSAI and their -H variants). Straps clamp around the barrel (F-MQS, F-MQA). F-HGS has its own sensor mount arrangement for HGS. For TSAI we can quote the exact fitment from the guided-cylinder catalogue: bore 32/40 takes F-TSAI32E, bore 50/63 takes F-TSAI50E and bore 80/100 takes F-TSAI80E, all for CMSE and DMSE sensor series - and a magnet-equipped TSAI cylinder ships with two mounting bases. Size tokens across the collection run from 6 to 250, so the same hardware logic covers mini cylinders through large bores.
