Double acting and built to the ISO 21287 compact format, the ACEJ20X45-20 pairs a 20 mm bore with a 45 mm stroke that an external stop screw trims on site by up to 20 mm, giving a usable extend range of 25-45 mm. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 157.1 N and pulls 117.8 N, rising to 219.9 N at 0.7 MPa, with a theoretical ceiling of 32 kgf at 1.0 MPa. The hard-anodized aluminium body carries a hard-chrome plated S45C rod, and fixed TPU bumpers absorb end-of-stroke shock at both ends.
The short body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight jigs, guarding and gantry frames.
