Operational guidance:
Install downstream of filter/lubricator units (FRL). For optimal performance:
- Purge air lines before regulator installation
- Adjust pressure clockwise while monitoring output gauge
- Engage lock nut after achieving desired setpoint
- Use 40μm filtered compressed air with ISO VG32 lubricant
Critical note:
Avoid rapid pressure cycling (>1Hz). Maintain ambient humidity below 80% RH.
