The AirTAC AirTAC GL600-25 Lubricator (GL60025G) is a genuine G-series air lubricator. It meters an oil mist into the compressed-air line so cylinders, valves and air tools downstream stay lubricated, with PT1" ports and a aluminium alloy oil bowl. A lubricator does not filter or regulate — it goes last in the line, after the filter and the regulator.
The AirTAC GL series is a dedicated air lubricator: it adds a controlled oil mist to a compressed-air line so downstream pneumatic tools, cylinders and valves receive lubrication. It performs no filtering and no pressure regulation - this GL60025G is purely the lubrication stage, sized at 600 with a 1 in G (BSPP) port and a mounting bracket included. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part in the largest G-series size, suited to high-capacity air lines. The GL family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with PT, G and NPT thread options; we confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request.

| Oil bowl material | Aluminium alloy |
| Bracket | Mounting bracket included |
| Fluid | Compressed air |

| Temperature range | -5 to +70 °C (unfreeze) |
| Function | Oil-mist lubrication only |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. A lubricator has no drain, no regulating mechanism, no gauge and no filter element, so none of those figures apply. Oil grade, bowl capacity, flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GL600 | G-series air lubricator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
The lubricator has the shortest code of the six G-series subfamilies — size, port, bracket, thread. There is no drain, pressure-type, gauge or filtering-grade position. Example: GL300-10JG is a 300 body, PT3/8", no bracket, G (BSPP) thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GL600 uses an aluminium-alloy oil bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on the main 1 in air drop feeding pneumatic moulding machines, so cylinders and clamps on the forming line receive a steady oil mist.
Mounted ahead of the air cylinders that push, stop and divert bottles on a filling-hall conveyor, keeping the actuators lubricated through long shifts.
Fitted at a maintenance bench supplying large impact wrenches and chipping hammers, where a 1 in lubricated supply protects the tools between services.
GL60025G is the size-600 lubricator with a 1 in G (BSPP) port - the largest step in the G-series, chosen when line size and air demand are at the top of the range. A mounting bracket is included; the J-suffix variants omit it. If you only need filtration or pressure control, that is a separate GF or GR unit, or a combined GFC/GC set.
Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. Datasheet figures are available on request.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GL600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The oil mist travels downstream, so if any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator. We will confirm the recommended oil grade from the factory datasheet on request.
AirTAC publishes lubricator performance as flow curves rather than a single rated-flow number, so we do not quote a figure here. Ask us and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet for your line conditions before you order.
The three codes share the same size-600 body and 1 in G (BSPP) port. GL60025J omits the mounting bracket, and GL60025JG is the same no-bracket configuration - the G in those codes refers to the thread option, not the gauge. On this GL60025G the bracket is included.
