Delivering 628 N of push force at 0.5 MPa, this 40 mm bore JIS profile cylinder brings on-site extend tuning to compact automation. The hard-anodized aluminum barrel leaves out external rods, making the body shorter and more compact than a same-bore ISO 15552 unit. A G1/4 port feeds the double-acting single-rod piston.
The external adjuster lets you shorten the extend stroke by up to 10 mm on site, giving a usable range of 165 to 175 mm while the retract end stays fixed. You can fine-tune the end position without physically swapping the cylinder. In practice it handles a safe working load of about 377 N, which means lifting roughly 32 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin.
