Installation guidelines:
Maintain rail parallelism within 0.05mm/m during mounting. Use M3×6mm countersunk screws (recommended torque 1.2N·m).
Apply ISO VG15-32 lubricant every 100km of travel or 6 months in cleanroom environments.
