Double-acting on both strokes and cushioned at both ends, the MACJ20X60-30S trims its 60 mm extend stroke anywhere within a generous 30 mm window using the external stop screw. Bore 20 output is 157 N push and 131.9 N pull at 0.5 MPa, rising to 219.8 N push at 0.7 MPa, with a theoretical peak of 32 kgf at 1.0 MPa.
AirTAC rolls the aluminium covers onto the stainless-steel barrel for a sealed round body, and plates the carbon-steel 8 mm rod with hard chrome so moisture and washdown do not pit the surface.
