It delivers 402 N of push force and 346 N of pull force at 0.5 MPa. The 40 mm rear trimmer creates a usable travel window of 410 to 450 mm, allowing you to dial in the exact end position for a 450 mm move without machining hard stops.
Unlike the base MBLJ which relies on a fixed rubber bumper, this model uses screw-tunable air cushioning to decelerate the rod near each stroke end, protecting the end covers during fast 30-800 mm/s cycles. The riveted rolling-packed barrel and heterogeneous two-way grease-retaining piston seal lock in lubrication for long life.
