With a rod exiting both covers, the MFD20X250S delivers 131.9 N at 0.5 MPa in each direction, making it a balanced actuator for guided slides and twin-tool setups. The twin rods resist rotation and reduce side-play, giving steadier motion than a single-rod mini cylinder of the same bore.
This JIS-standard round-body cylinder uses a SUS304 stainless barrel with riveted aluminium covers, so it is shorter than an ISO 6432 cylinder for the same bore and stroke. The built-in magnet (-S) accepts CMSG, DMSG, or EMSG switches for position sensing. Air ports are 1/8" PT (G or NPT optional).
