An external adjuster lets you shorten the forward stroke by up to 30 mm, giving a usable extend range of 130 to 160 mm without buying external stops. The retract stroke remains full length. Built with a SUS304 stainless barrel and riveted aluminium covers, the body is shorter than an ISO 6432 cylinder for the same bore and stroke, saving valuable mounting length while resisting mild washdown.
This double-acting 25 mm bore unit pushes with 245.3 N and pulls with 206.1 N at 0.5 MPa. It yields a safe working load of about 147 N, lifting roughly 12.5 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin.
