This JIS-standard round-body mini cylinder features a SUS304 stainless barrel and riveted aluminium covers, delivering a shorter overall mounting length than an ISO 6432 cylinder for the same 25 mm bore and 60 mm stroke.
It operates as a double-acting actuator with fixed TPU bumper pads, generating 245.3 N push and 206.1 N pull at 0.5 MPa through a 1/8" port. The built-in magnet (-S) supports CMSG, DMSG and EMSG switches for position sensing. With a safe working load around 147 N, it lifts about 12.5 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin.
