Built with a SUS304 stainless steel barrel and riveted aluminium covers, this double-acting actuator delivers 628.3N of push force at 0.5MPa. Its riveted construction is shorter than an ISO 6432 cylinder for the same bore and stroke, saving valuable mounting length while resisting mild washdown. With a safe working load around 377N, it lifts about 32kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. Air ports are 1/4".

The 20mm adjuster is perfect for commissioning rigs where the exact end position is not yet final. Mount using LB foot, FA flange, or TC trunnion (no SDB). Because this SKU lacks the -S magnet, it cannot accept CMSG/DMSG/EMSG sensors.
