This JIS-standard round-body mini cylinder features a SUS304 stainless barrel and riveted aluminium covers, delivering a compact footprint that is shorter than an ISO 6432 unit for the same bore and stroke.
Driven by a 40 mm bore and a 1/4" port, it generates 628.3 N of push force at 0.5 MPa, yielding a safe working load around 377 N. It uses fixed TPU bumper pads for end deceleration and, because this SKU lacks the -S magnet, it cannot accept CMSG, DMSG or EMSG sensors.

Choose the MFJ40 over the MFJ32 when you need more push: the 40 mm bore delivers 628.3 N at 0.5 MPa versus 402.2 N for the 32 mm bore. The 30 mm adjustable window is ideal for trial fits and line changeovers where the exact extend position is not yet final. Mounting options include LB foot, FA flange and TC trunnion (no SDB).
