An external stop screw shortens the forward travel from its 450 mm nominal maximum down to 410 mm, allowing one part number to cover several stop distances without swapping hardware. Retract travel remains full length. The stainless-steel barrel and piston rod supply mild corrosion and washdown resistance.
Built for heavier mini-automation tasks, the 32 mm bore generates 402.2 N of push force and 345.6 N of pull force at 0.5 MPa. If your application requires less energy, the next size down is the MIJ25, which delivers 245.3 N of push force. If you need substantially more power, step up to the MIJ40, providing 628.3 N. The 40 mm adjustment screw is ideal for absorbing mechanical tolerances or fine-tuning a staged feed during setup. Remember that the stop screw only sets the end position; it is not a mid-stroke lock. The piston will drift on air loss, so fit an external rod lock or pilot check valve for suspended loads.
