The AirTAC SAID40X50 is a double-acting, double-rod ISO 15552 profile cylinder engineered to deliver 528 N of force in both extend and retract directions at 0.5 MPa. Because a SUS304 stainless steel rod exits both end covers, the annular piston area is identical on both sides, ensuring perfectly balanced thrust and speed. This through-rod architecture allows you to mount the primary workpiece on the front and a position flag or secondary cam on the rear.
Equipped with a PT tapered G1/4 port, this model operates at speeds from 30-800 mm/s and includes adjustable air cushions at both ends to decelerate the piston smoothly. The extruded aluminum barrel features sensor grooves on both sides for flexible mounting of CMSE reed or DMSE electronic switches.
