The AirTAC SAUD32X40 is a double-acting, double-rod profile cylinder with a 32 mm bore and 40 mm stroke. Because a rod exits both ends, the push and pull force is identical at 345 N each way at 0.5 MPa. The extruded aluminum barrel makes it shorter than an ISO 15552 cylinder of the same bore, and mounting is compatible with the AirTAC SC series.
This SKU has no magnet (-S omitted), so it cannot accept CMSG, DMSG, or EMSG sensors. The 1/8" port feeds a 12 mm rod with an M10x1.25 thread. Based on the 345 N output, the safe working load is about 207 N, yielding a vertical lift capacity of roughly 18 kg with a 2:1 margin. A Viton H seal can raise the operating temperature to 0-150 C.

Sizing up to the 40 mm bore yields 528 N both ways, while dropping to a smaller bore is not available in this series. This plain cylinder lacks a magnet, so for position sensing select an -S variant. Mounting is limited to Basic, FA flange, or LB foot. For any stroke over 300 mm, use external guide rails to prevent side-load wear.
