The AirTAC SAUD40X375S is a double-acting, double-rod profile cylinder. A 16mm rod protrudes from both ends, meaning the push and pull forces are identical at 528 N each way when operating at 0.5 MPa. The extruded aluminium barrel keeps the unit shorter than a standard ISO 15552 cylinder of the same bore.
This -S variant includes a piston magnet for CMSG, DMSG or EMSG switches. The 1/4" port and M12x1.25 rod thread suit general automation. With a 528 N output, the safe working load is roughly 317 N, allowing a vertical lift of about 27 kg with a 2:1 safety margin. Viton H seals can raise the operating temperature to 150 C.
