The AirTAC SAUD50X60S is a double-acting, double-rod profile cylinder with a 50 mm bore and 60 mm stroke. Because a rod exits both ends, the push and pull force is equal at 825 N each way at 0.5 MPa. The extruded aluminium barrel makes it shorter than an ISO 15552 cylinder of the same bore. It uses a 1/4 inch port.
This unit includes the -S magnet option for CMSG, DMSG or EMSG switches. You can mount a sensor cam on the back rod for compact signaling. The 825 N output yields a safe working load of roughly 495 N, or a vertical lift capacity of about 42 kg with a 2:1 safety margin. A Viton H seal option raises the operating temperature to 150 C.
