Delivering 5734 N of thrust in both directions at 0.5 MPa, this large-bore ISO 15552 tie-rod cylinder outputs equal push and pull force via a twin-rod piston. The rod exits both covers, creating a symmetric load path that resists torsional twist and allows you to drive two tools simultaneously. It handles a safe working load of roughly 3440 N, which translates to lifting about 292 kg vertically with a 2:1 safety margin. The G1/2 port feeds the 125 mm bore, while four steel tie rods clamp the aluminum barrel securely.

This -S variant includes a built-in piston magnet for CMSG, DMSG, or EMSG position switches. Adjustable 40 mm air cushions at both ends manage end-of-stroke deceleration, and standard TPU seals operate from -20 to +70 C. You can specify Viton H seals for 0-150 C heat.
