Installation guidelines:
Mount with M5 screws (recommended torque 2.0N·m). Maintain minimum 50mm
clearance below exhaust ports for unimpeded airflow. Use locknuts for
vertical installation. Lubricate every 10 million cycles using ISO VG32
turbine oil.
Critical note:
Avoid rapid pressure fluctuations exceeding 0.3 MPa/sec. For vacuum
applications below -80kPa, install auxiliary vacuum breaker.
